I have been working in the automotive industry since November of 2017 and Taylor Creek Volkswagen has been my home throughout this tenure. Each week, I meet one-on-one with clients to assess their driving needs so I can help them find their perfect vehicle. I like to check in and maintain a relationship with my customers even after their vehicle is delivered, to make sure they get the most from their VW experience. The highlight of my work is witnessing happy customers drive away in their new vehicles. I believe that honesty and transparency are the keys to an exceptional vehicle-buying experience. Outside of work, I immerse myself in literature, cherish quality time with my family, and engage in outdoor pursuits such as swimming, biking, skiing, and hiking.
